Application Qualifications

Apartment Rental Application must be completed with application fee and:

• Must be 18 years old with valid identification
• Must have valid social security number
• Must provide at least 2 year previous rental history
• Must provide at least 2 years previous employment history
• Household income must be at least 3 times the rent per  month
• Must not owe any previous landlord money

Application Processing

Upon receipt of the signed application, management will begin the application approval process.  Processing may take up to 3 days depending on the availability of employers and landlords to provide verification.  Please be sure to provide accurate phone numbers for your employer and landlord in order to expedite the approval process.  If your application is approved, you will be notified via phone.  Please be sure to provide an accurate contact telephone number.

You have 72 hours to choose to cancel your application, after which your deposit will not be refunded.  If your applicatoin is declined, you will receive your deposit refund.  Deposit refunds may take up to two weeks to refund.  Application fees are non-refundable.
